Happy New Year!

New Years is a time when we bring one year to a close and ring in a new one. Many of us use this time for self-reflection, taking stock of what went well in 2014, and what didn't. We look to 2015 to make changes that will better ourselves, our lives, and our families. Maybe one of your resolutions includes feeding yourself and your families better, sitting down for family meals more often, and letting go of the struggle with picky eaters in your family. One of my resolutions is to continue to build this community, Petite Nutrition, to be a place where parents come for help and inspiration feeding families, a place that is never judgy, always supportive, and a place that provides evidence-based nutrition information for children and families. I love writing this blog, and I thank you, most sincerely, for being a part of it.
